Evaluation of radiation protection control effect of occupational hazards in construction projects

1. Project introduction

According to the requirements of laws and regulations such as the law of the people's Republic of China on the prevention and control of occupational diseases and the provisions on the administration of radiation diagnosis and treatment: "For new construction, expansion and reconstruction projects, technological transformation and technology introduction projects that may cause occupational disease hazards, the construction unit shall evaluate the control effect of occupational disease hazards before the completion acceptance of the construction project. The significance of the control effect evaluation is to confirm whether the protection effect of radiation protection facilities and the protective measures taken meet the requirements of laws, regulations and relevant standards, so as to ensure the safety of the workplace during normal operation The radiation level and the radiation dose of the staff shall not exceed the limit specified in the standard, so as to reduce the possibility of potential exposure, ensure the health and safety of the staff, and provide technical basis for the completion acceptance of radiation health protection measures of the Ministry of health administration.


2. Scope of services

Radiology diagnosis and treatment: digital subtraction angiography (DSA), X-ray electronic machine, computed tomography (CT), digital X-ray photography (DR), computer X-ray photography (CR), breast machine, dental machine, gastrointestinal machine, mobile X-ray machine, etc.


3. Time of issuing Report

From the date of data collection:

For construction projects with general occupational hazards, a report can be issued within 15 working days.

For construction projects with serious occupational disease hazards, a report can be issued within 30 working days.


4. Confidentiality commitment

The evaluation report is only provided to the entrusting party and the competent health department, and will not be disclosed to any third party without the consent of the entrusting party, nor will it be used as publicity materials.
