Environmental protection acceptance of construction project completion

According to the environmental protection law of the people's Republic of China, the Interim Measures for the acceptance of environmental protection upon completion of construction projects and other laws and regulations, the construction unit is the main body responsible for the acceptance of environmental protection upon completion of construction projects, and shall, in accordance with the prescribed procedures and standards, organize the acceptance of the supporting environmental protection facilities, prepare the acceptance report, disclose the relevant information, and accept social supervision, Ensure that the supporting environmental protection facilities of the construction project are put into operation or used at the same time with the main works, and be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of the acceptance contents, conclusions and the public information, and shall not resort to fraud in the acceptance process. Through the standardized and orderly completion of the environmental protection acceptance process for the completion of the construction project, ensure that the implementation of the environmental protection requirements of the construction project is legal and compliant.


2. Scope of services

The radiation construction project has been entrusted to prepare the environmental impact statement / table, and has obtained the approval opinions of Shanghai Environmental Protection Bureau and Shanghai environmental protection bureaus of all districts. The construction project has been completed but not officially put into use.


3. Project completion time

From the completion of data collection: complete all processes of environmental protection acceptance of project completion within 3 months, and deliver the project completion acceptance archives.


4. Confidentiality undertaking

The project related materials shall only be provided to the entrusting party and the competent environmental protection department, and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the consent of the entrusting party, nor shall they be used as publicity materials.
